Candidacy Statement for Susan Tedeschi
(President)

Susan Tedeschi

I would like to become president of the White Mountain Chapter. I have been a BMWCCA member since 10/2003. I wish to become more active in this chapter's car club. I feel that I will add a diverse outlook to the chapter.

I am a mother of two Sons and have been married to the co-chief driving instructor of the club for 37 years. I am an Aerospace Engineer specializing in Systems and Requirements. I went to college at Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, in Daytona Beach Florida, where I also obtained a Commercial Pilots License. I have earned a Master in Business (MBA) at Pepperdine University, Malibu California. In addition to living in 7 different states, I have live and work aboard in Asia.

We are definitely a BMW family, having owned two Mini-coopers (convertible and sedan), an M3 (E36), a Z3 M Roadster, a 530, an E30 Racecar and looking forward to purchasing an X5 Diesel next year to replace the Ford Expedition. My sons too drive BMWs, my oldest drives a 528 manual and my youngest drives a 525 Station wagon.

I have been involved in High Performance Driving and Racing events since 2003, either supporting my husband or driving my Mini Cooper. I was lucky enough to take a few laps around Circuit of the Americas as a passenger in then the new M6 Coupe (160 mph down the straightway, going into turn 12 was a blast)

I enjoy the social aspect of the club, participating in the drives and tours. I really enjoyed the trip to the Castle in the Clouds; it was fantastic scenery and comradery. This year's trip to Gould Hills farm end up in another beautiful vista and apples too.

I hope you will elect me as President.
